The Springs on my garage door went out on Sunday morning. I was right in the middle of moving furniture out of the garage into a storage unit when it broke. My usual garage door company was not available and I tried 3 other companies before I got a hold of Direct Service Overhead Garage Door Company. THey gave me a 4pm apt but ended up coming a couple hours earlier than planned, which was great! The service person – Ed was prompt, friendly and courteous. He immediately identified the problem and explained the repairs. Had it back and running in plenty of time for me to finish the move. Would definitely recommend and plan on using them in the future for any garage door repairs.
