Hello!

I’m considering moving to Hot Springs Village. I mostly work from home, but I need reliable, fast Internet service. Most of the houses I’m looking at are near the west gate, serviced through Suddenlink. Who services the east side of HSV? Is the service reliable?

Would anybody be willing to share their experiences? Thank you!

Thank you for the post. We live west/center in the Village and we have really great internet with Suddenlink. Everyone’s experience varies and you do have to be careful if you rely heavily on your internet. Your real estate agent should be able to help, and also the neighbors. You should be able to call the different options and ask if they cover the address you are considering.

Internet service has to be reliable, since I don’t have a job without it.

I’ve noticed that Suddenlink has a lot of the service area, but various forums have reported Suddenlink is not very responsive if things break. AT&T only services part of the area, and their speeds are not anything to brag about.

I’ll make it a point to see who services the house.
